Explore the beliefs that have guided you - and step into the ones that align with your
future.
After many decades of work as a counsellor and, more recently as an artist, Denise has
created a gentle and powerful workshop that weaves both worlds together.
This unique experience invites you to slow down, tune in, and gently explore the internal
patterns that have shaped your responses, choices, and identity.
This workshop gently explores the beliefs we carry about ourselves, others, and the world, many of which were formed early in life and continue to influence our thoughts, emotions, choices, and behavioural patterns today.
Through guided reflection, journaling, and intuitive prompts using The Invitation Art Deck, you’ll have the opportunity to notice which beliefs support you and which ones may no longer serve you.
This is not just a reflective or cognitive process. You’ll learn a gentle, body-based technique that helps unwind limiting beliefs and patterns, supporting change on mental, emotional, physical, and energetic levels. Everything will unfold in a way that feels steady and supportive, with care taken to honour safety, self-compassion, and your own inner wisdom.
As part of the workshop, you will receive your own personal copy of The Invitation Art Deck - a self-reflection tool to take home which you can continue to use as part of your daily or weekly self-reflection practice.
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you’ve always
been, and coming home to that truth.
For inquiries, expressions of interest, or to share this workshop with someone who may benefit, please contact Denise on 0401 585 159 or denise@denisedale.com.
After registering, you will receive further information and guidance ahead of the workshop, so you can arrive feeling prepared and at ease.
Workshop dates will be announced soon.
Sometimes people ask whether they can host the workshop in their own space or community. Hosting isn’t about organising a formal event. It’s simply about opening a space and inviting a small group of people who may feel drawn to this kind of reflective work. If you have a space: a studio, a home, or a quiet venue - and a sense that this work might resonate with your circle, we can explore what that might look like together.
With over three decades of counselling experience, Denise has supported countless
individuals and groups in gently shifting long-held patterns and returning to their truest
selves. Her work has spanned continents - from Canadian Indigenous communities to
clients across Australia and beyond. In recent years, drawn by an inner pull, Denise
stepped into the world of art, completing a Diploma of Visual Arts and developing a body of work that bridges art and self-awareness. Her workshops are intuitive, grounded, and
transformational - inviting not just understanding, but an inner shift you can feel.
